How do I contact Silver Fantasy?
Please use our email address - support@silverfantasy.com.
We try to personally answer all mail within one to two business days unless
otherwise noted on our home page.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
What happens to personal data I submit over the Internet?
We always respect your privacy. The information you provide to us will only be
used in processing your order. The data collected is regularly cleared from our
server and resides only in our database, accessible only to the owners of Silver
Fantasy LLC. Your information will never be released to any other party for any
purpose.
Is it safe to order with a credit card on the Internet?
Silver Fantasy, its shopping cart server and its secure payment processer all
use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, data integrity and
authentication technology. Under Federal law, your liability for an unauthorized
credit card charge is limited to $50; depending on your credit card agreement,
you may have no liability at all. When using a credit card online, look for an
unbroken key or padlock (a small icon usually located in the bottom corner of the
web page) whenever you are on a page that asks you to submit sensitive
information.
What if I don't want to give my credit card information over the Internet?
All orders are submitted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption; they are as
safe or safer than giving your card information over the phone. However, if you
wish you can mail a copy of our order form to
the following address with your credit card number and expiration date included. Please
note that the minimum order is $15.00 before shipping.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We do not accept checks or money orders.
What kind of guarantee do you offer?
We offer a 20-day money back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied,
return your merchandise for a full refund (minus shipping fees). See the next
section for returns information.
If I don't like what I receive, can I return or exchange it?
Of course - we want you to be completely satisfied and to shop with us again! You
can return anything for refund or exchange within 20 days of shipping (except
charm bracelets that we have assembled for you - they are not returnable).

Can I use your pictures or text on my website?
No. All contents of this website (images, copy, layout, etc.) are protected by
The Federal Copyright Law of 1978. As a user of our website, we grant you
permission to download any image or copy contained on the site with a web browser
as displayed to use for your personal viewing on your own computer
screen.
Any other use of our text and imagery is in violation of the Federal Copyright
Law. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying any of our image on another
web page, editing images, and linking directly to one of our images. Copy and
text may not be reproduced on any other website, in any book, or in any other
publication without express written permission. Any reproduction or editing by
any means without the explicit written permission of Silver Fantasy is
expressly prohibited.
We create all of our own imagery in-house. Please respect our rights as owners of
all included contents. We take copyright infringement very seriously and will
actively protect our interests in this matter.
Shipping and Personalization
What shipping options are offered?
We offer two U.S. shipping options, USPS Priority Mail ($6.75) and USPS Express
Mail ($21.00). Both can be delivered to addresses and P.O. Boxes (Express Mail
requires an adult's signature, but this can be waived for P.O. Boxes). Note
that we do not offer overnight shipping. Express Mail does
not mean overnight; it simply means expedited.
Shipping times for USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days for processing and 2-3 business days for shipping; $6.75.
Shipping times for USPS Express Mail: 2-3 business days for processing and 1-2 business days for shipping; $21.00.
Business days are Monday - Friday. Orders received Friday evening through Sunday
evening will begin processing on Monday. For example, if you place an order using
Express Mail on Saturday morning, the earliest you could receive your package is
Wednesday.
Do you ship to Canada?
At this time we only offer shipping to U.S. addresses.
How are my charms and other items shipped?
Charms, bracelets and other jewelry items are shipped polybagged and padded
against damage during shipping.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
This option found under the gifting tab at a cost starting at $1.75 per gift box or $1.25 per velvet pouch.
Do you engrave charms?
We do not offer engraving services. Engraving services are usually available
through local jewelers.
How do gift certificates work?
Purchase a gift certficate in the amount of $10, $20, $30, $40 or $50. Your name, the name of the receipient, and the amount will be printed on a high-quality paper certificate and mailed via USPS to the recipient at no charge.
To redeem a certificate, shop at our online store. You’ll see a space for discount codes on the during the checkout process. Enter the number of your Gift Certificate in that box and your discount will be applied to the amount of your order.
Please note that certificates are only redeemable at www.silverfantasy.com, and are not redeemable for cash. If the value of your certificate exceeds the amount of your order, you will not receive a refund.
About Our Products
Are all your items sterling silver?
Every charm, chain and earring that we carry is .925 sterling silver. All charms
are three-dimensional cast or stamped.
How should I care for my sterling silver?
Store your silver jewelry in a cool, dry place, such as in a sealed bag. This
will help prevent both tarnishing and scratching by other pieces. Use water and
mild soap (such as dish detergent) for cleaning, then pat dry with a soft cloth
(don't use paper towels or tissues as they might cause scratches). When dry,
use a special jewelry polishing cloth to restore luster and remove tarnish. Dip
cleaners can be harmful to sterling silver and are not recommended.
How do I attach charms to my bracelet?
Refer to our attachment instructions page for a
photo guide. All charms come with a jump ring; you can use a fingernail or a
small pair of pliers to bend it out and back to attach your charm. We also carry
split rings, which are like a tiny keyring. These
are much more secure but somewhat more difficult to attach. We recommend split
rings for all cuff and charm bracelets instead of jump rings.
Can you attach my charms to my bracelet for me?
We do offer this service at a charge of $1.25 for a jump ring and $1.85 for a split ring per charm attached. Custom
bracelets are not returnable due to the extra time involved in preparing the
order. If you have an order in progress and want your charms attached, please email us.
What if I lose a charm?
Sorry, but we are not responsible for lost charms. Charm bracelets are fairly
delicate and it's easy to catch a jump ring on clothing, etc., pulling it
open. We recommend you check your bracelet's jump rings periodically to make
sure they remain closed.
If you are really concerned about losing charms, we recommend split rings instead of jump rings. Split rings are $0.85
each and are much more difficult to open accidentally; they can be used on both
charm bracelets and cuffs.
