Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied and to shop with us again. To that end, you may return any item in its original condition for refund or exchange within 30 days of shipping - except charm bracelets that we have assembled for you, they are not returnable.

When we receive your return, your exchange or refund will be processed in a few days. Please note that items that have been damaged, show wear, or have been altered in any way will not be accepted for return. Please pack your item(s) carefully. How to Prepare Your Return for Shipping

1. Include all original packaging and a copy of your invoice. Pack the item(s) to prevent damage during shipment - Silver Fantasy will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any return shipment.

2. Please note on your invoice the item(s) you are returning and a reason for the return. Also (important!) note the action you wish us to take - exchange or refund, and what you want in exchange.

3. Please do NOT write 'Silver Fantasy' anywhere on your package.

4. If the value of your return exceeds $50, you should insure it.

5. Ship your package through your preferred carrier to:
